We provide repair services for phones, tablets, laptops, computers, and gaming consoles. All repairs are performed by trained technicians using quality parts. Service offerings may vary by location and availability.
2. Diagnosis & Estimates
Initial diagnosis is often free or low-cost (if applicable), and we’ll provide a repair estimate before proceeding. Estimates are subject to change if additional issues are discovered.
3. Repair Authorization
By submitting your device for repair, you authorize our technicians to open, inspect, and service it. You confirm you are the owner or have permission to repair the device.
4. Data Responsibility
Please back up your data before any service. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur during repair. Data privacy is important to us — we do not access or share your personal information.
5. Warranty
Most repairs come with a [30 / 60 / 90-day] limited warranty covering the parts and labor provided. This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
6. Unclaimed Devices
Devices not picked up within 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal or resale to recover costs, unless prior arrangements are made.
7. Third-Party Parts
In some cases, we may use high-quality third-party or refurbished parts. You will be informed ahead of time if OEM (original manufacturer) parts are not used.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept various payment methods. Devices will not be released until full payment is received.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your device, FixBay is not liable for any unforeseen damages or issues that arise during or after the repair that are beyond our control.
