Our Refund Policy
At FixBay, we stand by the quality of our repairs. However, we understand that issues can happen and we’re here to make it right.
1. Refund Eligibility
Our refund policy applies strictly to customers who experience repeated issues with the same problem during the warranty period provided after their repair.
To be eligible for a refund:
The issue must be related to the original repair.
The problem must reoccur within the warranty period.
The device must be checked and verified by our technicians before a refund is approved.
2. Device Rechecking Required
Before any refund can be processed, we will perform a full inspection of the device to confirm the issue. This is to ensure the problem is not caused by:
* New or unrelated issues
* Physical damage
* Water damage
* Mishandling or third-party interference
If the repeated issue is confirmed and falls under warranty, the refund process will proceed.
2. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
A RM30 service charge will be deducted to cover labor and diagnostics. The remaining amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Important Notes: Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind, unrelated issues, or problems caused by misuse. Refunds are not available if the device has been tampered with by another repair party after our service.
